Fred has been in the antique repair and refinishing business for over 25 years and is an expert on antique furniture. Evans Antique Showroom
Ron Evans, owner of Evans’ Antiques, offers fine American antique furniture, decorative arts and paintings from the Sheraton, Late Classical and Mid Victorian periods. Ron has years of experience collecting and dealing in American antiques. He has directed and consulted on the furnishing of several historic homes and house museums, including the 1856 Ware-Lyndon House in Athens, Georgia and the 1858 Edwards Plantation in Arnoldsville, Georgia. Some of the antique pieces offered include card tables, sideboards, dressers, chairs, secretary desks, bookcases, chests, footstools, side tables, candlesticks, lamps, paintings, boxes, and Old Paris vases and urns. He now has on hand middle to late 1880’s American furnishings from the Andrew T. Cobb estate of Clarke County, Georgia and the Nunnally estate from Walton County, Georgia.
